CANCELLATION POLICY

I wholeheartedly understand that life throws us curve balls. So I certainly understand the need for cancellations and rescheduling from time to time. I ask that you be as considerate of my time as you are of your own. In doing so, please give me a 48 hours advance notice if you must cancel or reschedule. Should you cancel within 48 hours of the day of the engagement, you forfeit your deposit and will be required to pay a 50% cancellation fee for the scheduled time lost (must be paid within 48 hours). Should you cancel with less than 24 notice, you forfeit your deposit, will be required to pay 100% cancellation fee for the scheduled time lost (must be paid within 24 hours) and may not reschedule without Balance paid in full. These fees must be received in order to reschedule in the future. Re-scheduling may occur to save your deposit if you give at least 48 hours notice and the session is rescheduled within 2 weeks of the original reserved date or if there is a family emergency or serious illness. If a client schedules an appointment and then pays the modeling|concierge fees and chooses not to reschedule then they loose the deposit. I cannot always guarantee an available date two weeks out but will try my best to accommodate. Re-scheduling of the session due to bad weather may occur at model/concierge discretion only. I go to great lengths to prepare, in addition to reserving valuable time and space if and when needed. Should you need to reschedule, I will be happy to accommodate you within reason. Please keep in mind that time has been set aside and reserved for you in advance. If a client cancels more than twice, you may be required to pay in advance at which time I reserves the right to not accept requests nor make any further appointments from you.
